All orders are set to dispatch within 3-7 business days. The estimated delivery time depends on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please be aware of a longer delivery time during the holidays and sale periods.

Once the payment has been complete the order is being processed in our system and cannot be cancelled.
Once an order has been completed, we cannot change the shipping address – unless it is a simple adjustment to a spelling mistake.
Shipping costs for each specific geographic area are calculated at checkout and listed below.
Please note that in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.

If you order products from our website for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES
In the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) theft, fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.
By placing an order, customers establish a commercial relationship with guilty-store.com and commit to accept delivery of the parcel related to the order placed. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver), or if the customer refuses to collect the parcel, the parcel will be returned to the sender guilty-stop.com in the USA at customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax fees; the amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with a new, similar product or refund. In the case of a refund, we will be able to issue your full refund within 30 days of us receiving the wrong or damaged product, as per our Shipping Policy.
You are required to inspect the delivered products once you receive your order and ensure that the products are “as expected” condition. In the event they are not in an “as expected” condition, please mail to email@example.com as soon as possible, with all necessary information (order, contact details and problem description) and including photographic proof.
For any reason, customers can return the order, entirely or partially guilty-store.com accepts exchanges or refund within 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise.
Items must be returned in the same original conditions, neatly packed and with the return tag still attached.
Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or color. The new size/color will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is to be exchanged.
Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment was sent to.
Item/s that will not match Guilty ltd. return policy will not be taken into consideration and sent back to the customer at his own cost.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please follow the instructions given by the customer care team while sending your return back to Guilty ltd. avoiding any discrepancy.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN
The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (dust bags, covers etc.) and should have a copy of the invoice inside.
The item/s must be unharmed, unwashed, not worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip or it will not be accepted.
The Guilty ltd. packaging must not be used as the external parcel for the shipment.
If the item does not fit these requirements the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
Authorized returns must be shipped using the carrier suggested by guilty-store in the email providing the return instructions.
Returns in the USA and Canada are free.
Returns in countries not listed above are at customer’s own cost.
Size or color exchanges will only be issued if requested sizes and colors are in stock.
Exchanges for different items are not accepted.
An item can only be exchanged once.
All products are checked at the warehouse for any faults. However, if a customer receives an item not in the original state please contact email@example.com.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it.
Guilty-store.com reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been properly authorized or sent not in accordance with the return policy of guilty-store.com. In these cases, guilty-store can return the box to the sender at the original shipping address. In case guilty-store.com accepts returns that were not authorized or not in compliance, guilty-store.com can withhold the 10% of the value of the returned item from the refund.
